Below are a few images of the Aztec Indians sacrificing humans to their gods and the conquest of Cortez.  The conquest of Cortez brought the Catholic faith to the Aztec Indians abolishing human sacrifice.  The conquest brought the Mass, the Eucharist, the Sacraments to the indigenous people.  It completely changed their way of life.
